Stephen Colbert – $45 Million

First of all Stephen Colbert didn’t go to online university, he attended Northwestern University pursuing improvisational theatre; furthermore, he was Steve Carell’s understudy. After which he accepted a position on Comedy Central’s news-parody series The Daily Show but in 2005, he made the best decision ever. He left to become the host of its spin-off series, The Colbert Report, one of the highest-rated series for the television channel. To date, Colbert has nine Primetime Emmy Awards, two Grammy Awards, and two Peabody Awards under his belt.
