They were given a rude awakening when they realized they didn’t have the funds to complete the project. They knew they’d have to get creative in order to fund this venture. Not only would they have to do the renovations themselves, but they would also have to change their way of life. In addition to doing all of the work, they would have to stop paying rent or mortgage.

The Caravan Life
If they wanted to do this, they had to give up a lot of things and go all-in. That’s exactly what they’ve done. They both rolled up their sleeves and got to work. They planned to be homeless for the duration of the project, so they rented a caravan and parked it in the property’s garden.
