Celery is probably the easiest food in the world to grow again from leftovers because all you need is a bowl, some warm water, and the base of your celery. In order to get this food growing again fill up your bowl with warm water, just the bottom layer, and put it into sunlight on a window ledge. Put your celery in the bowl and leave it there all day long. The more direct sunlight you get on the celery the faster it will grow. Eventually you’ll see the leaves start to thicken and the celery to turn green again. At this point go ahead and throw it in a pot and continue the process.
