Shelly Harrison and her husband were going through a tough time. It was their anniversary, and even with their finances taking a plunge, they were set on celebrating their marriage. They had agreed that no matter what was going on, they would make time for their anniversary every year.

Shelly resides with her husband in Sherwood Park, Canada. In 2015 her father passed away and after his funeral she found a parking ticket on her car. She was by no means in the right mindset to be dealing with a parking ticket. But when she mustered up the strength, she went to the courthouse to fight the ticket.
