White Eyeshadow Base

Card Winged Liner
A tip as simple as this one belongs in the history books. In order to snag that perfect, straight, winged line: hold a card, or apply tape next to your eye at the angle of the wing. Next you need to very gently mark where you want the wing to rest with a pencil, and then simply go over the line with gel or liquid liner. So, so simple.
