We’ve all grown up hearing the common motto, “there’s no I in team.” Well, this saying could not be more accurate or fitting in the yoga world. When you’re surrounded by people who all share a common passion, interest, hobby – in this case yoga – it’s nothing more than encouraging. Oh and it makes practicing 10 times more fun!
