Celine decided to take a three-year break despite the fact it was a risky move, but it was the right move for her personally. When she returned she released a new album in 2002 entitled, “A New Day Has Come.” Critics didn’t like it, but fans did! She continued to perform in Las Vegas and record music despite the negative reviews. Way to perserve Celine!
