The cute picture was shared on the page of the ‘Detroit Dog Rescue’ because Dan believed they should also get credit for taking care of Diggy while the dog was waiting to be adopted. He thought others should know that adopting a dog from a rescue brings so much joy. He also thought capturing the happiness in a photo would be one good way of showing it. As it happens, things don’t always turn out the way you want them to be.
