Dan was heartbroken at the idea that he may have to give up the dog he loved over an accusation that wasn’t even true, so he did his best to be able to keep Diggy. Following a significant amount of to-and-fro communication with the police and after much debate, he finally received an answer. Dan finally got good news! The case was dismissed by the court and Diggy could keep staying with Dan!

Dan wrote, “We get to keep our boy, He’s a good boy.” Dan and girlfriend Megan didn’t only get to keep the dog they dearly loved, they also went further and had a hand in changing the rules of the township about keeping pet pit bulls.
