Kristina Rinaldi, the executive director of Detroit Dog Rescue, arranged the adoption of Diggy. When she heard what happened, she imediately went to the police station along with Dan Tillery. “I have Diggy’s paperwork from another municipality and a veterinarian,” Rinaldi said. They showed Diggy’s paperwork which says he is an American Bulldog, clearly there is not ban on his breed under Waterford’s ordinance.
