When she heard what happened, she imediately went to the police station along with Dan Tillery. “I have Diggy’s paperwork from another municipality and a veterinarian,” Rinaldi said. They showed Diggy’s paperwork which says he is an American Bulldog, clearly there is not ban on his breed under Waterford’s ordinance.
