Dan had the idea that winning the case would be easy since he knew that Diggy’s breed is not what people thought it was despite the fact that local police think Diggy appears to be one. On Dan’s page on social media, he posted “My lawyer and I are going to do everything possible to make sure Diggy stays in his home with us, his family.” He went on to tell everyone, “Thanks for all of your support, guys. I’m not a quitter.”
