Thomas was eager to do everything to return to normalcy. He didn’t mind the prices. He remained in their home and proceeded to make phone calls. He attempted to contact anybody who may be able to assist him with this problem. It was a good thing that someone responded to his cry just as he was ready to give up.

A Good Samaritan
Sylvia Liddle, a local councilwoman, stepped in to help. She couldn’t help but empathize with Thomas and Rebekah after hearing the narrative. She wanted to assist the couple to the best of her ability. After all, the reason she joined the local council was to favorably touch the lives of their community members. But first and foremost, she wanted to see the barrier for herself.
