The housing prices within the area had been steadily increasing for quite some time and they knew that it would fetch a good price. In real estate, location was one of the most important factors. Once the call with Joyce ended, the agents made some estimates to get an idea how much they could get for the property. What they calculated was higher than what they had expected. They were ecstatic for the profit this could bring the company. The only thing left was to inspect the house before looking for potential buyers.
