Huge Problem
They were a bit concerned because regardless of where they look, the house was designed very femininely. Although it was well kept and beautiful, it would not cater to male customers because the design was going to be too romantic or pink for many people. The color scheme would be a concern if the potential buyer won’t get involved in doing the design work. it will take a lot of time and money to remodel the entire house. The pinks, golds, and purples of the rooms might not attract most male customers, and some women may not like it as well. So, they realized that among other things, the money should have go to the fee they wanted to charge instead.

Very Unique
The most distinct room was definitely something of an acquired taste. There was a space in the basement that had wood panelling and a wet bar, making it the perfect man’s cellar. It already appeared to be like this, you only need to modify it a little to make it ideal to your taste. There was obviously a man who spent a long time there. This must have been Joyce’s husband’s private space. It probably served as a place to relax alone or with his mates. This place must have been a refuge from all the pastels and florals in the building elsewhere.
