Any fan of the show will know that Charlie does not call women his girlfriend all that often. Lisa makes the cut. She even lives with him at one point. Sadly, he panics and dumps her when things turn serious. When she gets married to someone else, she promises him that she will be in touch when they divorce. It comes as no surprise to hear that it does happen. They get back together only to break up yet again.
