The Hangover, a cult favorite, is unquestionably one of the most well-known films to have been made in Nevada, notably in the city of Las Vegas. A large portion of the film takes place at Caesar’s Palace, in the hotel’s actual lobby, corridors, and rooftop! The plot of the film revolves around a group of friends who are attending their soon-to-be married bachelor friend’s wedding. Oregon – Twilight (2008)

Although both the film and the book are set in Forks, Washington, the majority of the film was filmed in Portland, Oregon, where the most of the action takes place. While the film is set in Washington and California, the states are only mentioned in passing. Vernonia, Oregon was used heavily in the filming of the town of “Forks, WA” Bella Swan’s (a teenage girl) romance with Edward Cullen (a vampire) develops during the course of the film, which also chronicles Edward and his family’s efforts to keep Bella safe from a group of evil vampires.
