This particular note starts off nice, wouldn’t you say? The whole, “Dear Driver,” how formal. There’s even a thank you and a “we appreciate it,” it’s also signed off with two hearts. But in this case, you don’t need to read between the lines, it’s pretty clear that this note is anything but unkind.
