Aside from applauding Shelly for leaving her car there overnight, there was more. The letter continued, “Enclosed is a voucher for 1lb of our delicious chicken wings. Please accept this as a thank you for being responsible. Life is valuable, have a great weekend.” The letter was signed by Original Joe’s managing partner, Jay McLean. Shelly was blown away and decided she wanted to spread this story of kindness.

Shelly wrote a post on her Facebook profile explaining what happened. “When I found the letter on my windshield, I thought I was getting in trouble for leaving my car in front of the entryway to the pub. Wow! I’m so impressed. Definitely going back.” Before she knew it, the letter started to race around social media and quickly became viral.
