Beneath It All
When the home inspectors came to the house, they had to work immediately. Each nook and cranny of the building was checked and tested. They searched everywhere for mysteries that could be hidden by the old walls or the concrete. There have been plenty of locations to search, so it took a while to do so. They were all surprised by what they found. In reality, the house was in perfect form! The house was probably in better condition than it was on the day Joyce purchased it in the 1940s. She took such good care of the house with her husband that nothing else needs to be done before it can be sold. Indeed, Gladys and Carla had only to go back to the office and everything was fine. It never happened like this before!

Once Carla and Gladys got home, they put the house at 148 Jane Street for sale at $699,000. Although it was definitely costly, there was something thrilling. Once people saw how amazing Joyce’s house was, a bidding war broke out! The prospective purchasers saw how beautiful the interiors were, and all of them desired it for themselves. The auction proceeded. This would be a good choice for the people who wanted to buy a house in that area. In reality, even people who weren’t in the market to buy one started settling for the bidding war. They probably didn’t need a room, but this awesome house helped them reconsider their option!
