In case you didn’t already know, this crime-comedy film is based on the epic poem “The Odyssey” written by Homer. In reality, the Greek poet is credited as a writer on the Internet Movie Database (IMDb). During the Great Depression, three convicts, played by Holly Hunter, John Goodman, and George Clooney, break free from prison and embark on a treasure hunt in search of hidden treasure. After that, there is, of course, a determined police officer. In addition, the audio is great.

Judy Garland also appeared in this picture as Esther, in addition to her role as Dorothy. In 1904, a musical about four sisters who are going to relocate to New York City just in time for the World’s Fair opens on Broadway. What if I told you that the song “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” was inspired by this film? It’s interesting to see how popular the song has gotten after its release.
