Connecticut – Beetlejuice (1988)
If you haven’t seen Tim Burton’s Beetlejuice yet, you can’t really call yourself a film enthusiast, can you? It follows the ghosts of a recently deceased couple as they haunt their old home, which has recently been occupied by an arrogant couple. The title character is played by Michael Keaton. We had a great time seeing him in his role as the poltergeist hired to scare away the newcomers. Aside from that, Alec Baldwin and Geena Davis performed a fantastic job in their roles as a ghostly married couple. I strongly advise you to watch it if you haven’t already.

Yes, we are aware that the first rule of Fight Club is that you are not allowed to speak about it. We’re sorry, but we can’t help ourselves. Didn’t you find yourself completely taken aback by the last reveal? If you ask us, that could very well be the best plot twist in the history of cinematic storytelling. Also deserving of praise are Brad Pitt and Edward Norton for their outstanding performances.
